About Walter Persiani

From employee to life coach: how did it happen? Let me tell it to you right now. Ah, I almost forgot! I haven't even introduced myself: my name is Walter Persiani, Life & Professional Coach, Mentor and Trainer with more than 1400 hours of corporate training successfully done and 5 companies founded / co-founded (from 2012 to today, and they are all still open). Let's get down to business: I was born in South Tyrol, where public employees are very important (just consider that in 2020 public employees exceeded and that's where I come from too. It took very little to realize that it was not "my thing": in 2001 I quit my job, and started working in the world of logistics as a sales consultant, for companies like Schenker and Brigl. I appreciated their flexibility, humanity, and professionalism. I fell in love with this world that I decide to open a logistics company, Domino Soc. Coop, and from there on. Nobody stopped me. In the following years, Coop. Sociale Solution, X4U Italia Srl, Coop. Social Right, Provoice were founded. Over the years I have been involved in staff training and business development, following all my companies in a very personal way. Entrepreneurship really fit me well. And then.then came my sliding door: in 2018 a serious health problem led me to reconsider my priorities and cast doubt on my entire life. Here began my real journey, discovering mental and physical endurance. I started to practice triathlon. Okay, that's enough sadness for today: my life journey inspired me to motivate other people to excel, overcome crisis, achieve goals, feel perfectly and completely fulfilled in their lives.
