He began his career at Vestel, spending 14 years in procurement and ultimately becoming procurement manager, where he developed expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and supply chain optimization, particularly in indirect procurement. In 2016, Walter moved to Tekeli Recycling GmbH in Germany as Kaufmännischer Leiter, overseeing financial and administrative operations, gaining insight into European business practices. The following year, he founded Ant Teknoloji in Turkey, managing the e-commerce platform and consultancy agency In 2018, Walter joined Form Endüstri, where he managed procurement operations and led the Lennox Rooftop A/C localization project, achieving milestones in record time. With over 20 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, Walter excels in procurement, cost management, supplier improvement, and strategic sourcing. He is skilled in indirect and component procurement, cost analysis, contract management, international procurement, MRP, inventory management, and ERP systems like SAP, Datev, and Logo Netsis. Walter also has strong expertise in project management, logistics optimization, warehouse design, and lean manufacturing practices, all while adhering to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 18001 standards. After relocating to the USA, Walter founded Ant Global LLC in 2020 and managed technical operations at Shadeflex LLC, specializing in window treatments, for one year. He spent over 2.5 years as a Store Manager at a Minuteman Press store in Lyndhurst, Ohio, where he gained valuable experience in printing and advertisement business, retail operations, customer service, and team leadership.
