As Quality Assurance Manager Italy, the main accountabilities I'm in charge of are the following: With regards to the assigned Geographic Area: • Compliance to Company strategy and policies and applicable standards. • Ensure the monitoring of Stakeholder Satisfaction, driving the relevant improvement action plans at regional level. • Ensure proper analysis, escalation and management of important quality issues in processes, products and systems installed and/or delivered to customers. Methods & processes • Ensure the implementation and monitoring of the policies and processes for Quality Assurance activities in compliance with the selected international and national standards and the requirements of customers, certification bodies and safety authorities at regional level. Project execution • Verify the compliance of all project activities and relevant documentation to company processes and guidelines for the Quality Assurance at regional level. • Demonstrate, for the Quality subjects at regional level, the fulfillment of customer requirements and of applicable standards (mainly through Audit and control activities) and provide relevant evidences to customers, certification bodies and safety authorities. Resource management (competence & allocation ) • Ensure the continuous effective development of competencies, skills and knowledge of the assigned resources in alignment with the Company strategy and the Company competence management system. • Ensure the effective staffing of the assigned resources (in terms of competencies and suitable skills & knowledge) in alignment with Company competence strategy and guidelines. • Ensure the effective periodic workload planning and management, ensuring that the right number and skill mix of resources are available to meet Company needs.
