I thrive at the intersection of strategy, operations, and partnerships - building trusted relationships, turning ambiguity into structure, and aligning teams around outcomes that matter. Over the years, I’ve- Delivered €2M+ in complex projects; from enterprise-wide transformations and CRM migrations to country-wide training/placement initiatives- Scaled GTM and operations strategies that increased sales velocity, improved retention, and drove customer acquisition across global markets- Mobilized partnerships and communities to fuel business growth - expanding Propel’s ecosystem from 30 to 300K, and training 100K+ professionals in a year- Built and led cross-functional teams across Africa, Europe, and Asia, unlocking growth in fast-paced environments. For me, work is worthwhile as long as I’m creating meaningful impact. But beyond metrics, I care about helping others thrive. As a career pivot coach (and 5x career switcher myself), I help mid-senior professionals navigate career change with clarity and confidence - without starting over. I write OnGrowth & - a career growth newsletter read by subscribers in 98 countries, where I share honest, practical strategies for building careers that feel as good on the inside as they look on paper. That same drive for impact led me to co-found CAWSTEM, a nonprofit tackling the pipeline problem for women in STEM. Since inception, we’ve trained 400+, mentored 100+, and built a member community - growing from idea to impact with a lean, scalable strategy. Outside of work?
