About Wanda Norman

I specialize in identifying projects that businesses, communities, and organizations need and empower the right people to bring them to life. With over two decades of experience in manufacturing, urban planning, and strategic partnerships, I serve as a connector, bridging industry, education, and government to foster growth, innovation, and resilience. As Alliance Manager at Automation Alley, I lead collaborations that promote Industry 4.0 adoption, economic development, and workforce transformation across Michigan. My previous roles in automotive logistics and planning combined with deep roots in community service, inform my belief that progress is most powerful when it's built on trust, tradition, and shared purpose. I’ve helped deliver impactful events, steward grant-funded initiatives, and sponsored more than 15 Eagle Scouts. I’m passionate about lifting up small manufacturers, creating access to opportunity, and helping people connect to something larger than themselves.
