As a project leader, lead a team to develop new generation PVDF hollow fiber with the permeability improved by over 100%, smaller pore size and higher rejection. Validate its feasibility and manufacturability by series of plant trials, conduct qualifications, full scale module fabrication and application test (Surface water, Seawater, Municipal and Industrial waste water).On June 10 2015, the new developed product with name of IntegraFluxTM was launched at Aquatech China, attracting the public attention. IntegraFluxTM applies XP Fiber with up to 35% higher permeability than previous generation UF fiber, providing higher flux, higher water recovery, lower waste, and reduced energy use – industry leading productivity with a small footprint. The modules can operate up to 40% higher flux while producing the same TMP and generate up to 30% less wastewater without sacrificing filtrate water quality. IntegraFluxTM received the show’s “Best Technology Innovation Award” in the membrane category.
