I joined Tourism Malaysia in 2008 as an Administrative Officer. Being promoted to Senior Administrative Officer in 2015 and currently promoted as Deputy Director (2018) in Human Resource Division. My career develop in this field (human resource). As some one who has only learned about human behavior via books and magazines, facing humans as client in real life are very challenging. My career started with being in Disciplinary Unit.(ehem) Can you imagine how tough it is when it comes to take disciplinary actions towards staff (some are friends). I leave it there for you to think. Then I was transferred to Management Unit. My portfolio consists of managing staffs' medical benefits, remunerations, emoluments and other services offered in HR. Again, my clients are beautiful souls (humans I mean :]) And now, I am currently the Head Unit of Services Unit in Human Resources Division. I am looking forward to give my best in terms of servicing our beautiful souls in Tourism Malaysia.
