My career has spanned diverse leadership roles across operations, engineering, supply chain, and project management—driving strategic initiatives, leading high-performing teams, and delivering complex capital projects across multiple geographies. Having worked in both Pakistan and Indonesia, I bring a global perspective to operational excellence and cross-cultural leadership. I’ve successfully led large-scale manufacturing operations and greenfield/brownfield projects exceeding $500 million, while managing cross-functional teams of 300+ employees. My expertise spans end-to-end plant operations, project management, supply chain optimization, and continuous improvement in safety, quality, and cost-efficiency.
