CONSTRUCTON MANAGEMENT HIGHLIGHTS Supervise, assist and monitor contractors for execution of all fieldwork in compliance with the health, safety, and environmental performance expectations. Review contractor schedules, manpower loading, and progress reports to monitor contractor’s productivity and performance. Review and approve construction execution plans by reviewing contracts to ensure compliance to site-specific procedures. Involved in business development, estimating, planning, marketing, and financial performance for work in the Fort McMurray and Calgary Regions. QUALITY MANAGEMENT HIGHTLIGHTS Manage and maintain the field QC (all disciplines) inspection organization, to ensure construction meets or exceeds required minimum quality standards and applicable codes. Provide leadership and expertise in conducting audits, surveillances, and review of ITP’s to measure the conformance to project quality requirements. Create and track NCR’s including monitoring the dispositions through construction completion and review and approve turn over documentation. START UP & COMMISSIONING HIGHLIGHTS Extensive start up experience. Responsible for the testing and commissioning of substations up to 260KV, high voltage switchgear, transformers and MCC's. Coordinated the electrical start up of the BP Noel Project. Excellent troubleshooting to identify and resolve field technical issues with operations, engineering, and maintenance personnel to ensure correct operation of all new electrical/instrumentation equipment.
