As a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Abu Dhabi University, I believe that people are an organisation's biggest asset, which motivates me to pursue a career in Talent Acquisition. Currently, I am a Recruitment Intern at Quest Search and Selection, where I support the talent acquisition process, handle communication and coordination with candidates, and assist with HR operations and administration. Previously, I was a Business Development Associate at noon, where I helped in generating leads, closing sales, and providing customer service. I also served as the President of the Desi Club at ADU, where I communicated the culture and traditions of the Desi community and advocated for their interests. I have developed strong skills in communication, planning, development, relationship management, problem-solving, operations, customer service, and public dealings. I am also well acquainted with the digital world and have earned multiple certificates in AI and entrepreneurship.
