My experience as a business owner and entrepreneur has spanned over more than 35 years in four different industries while serving as CEO or President of three distinct businesses. My experience is broad-based, including wealth planning for high net worth clients, recruiting executives to run highly sophisticated manufacturing facilities for fortune 500 companies, and providing guidance and expertise to business owners on how to create and accelerate the value and performance of their businesses. As a partner of SVA Value Accelerators, my primary responsibility to owners and their teams is to guide them through a highly-disciplined, proprietary process to increase the value and strategic performance of their business, and transform it into one of the most competitive and attractive best-in-class "transition-ready" companies in their industry.
