About Warren Beach

An entrepreneurial and accomplished C-level executive with extensive experience across a diverse range of industries in both public and privately held enterprises. A portfolio of expertise in private equity, family enterprise, financial analysis, financial/operational leadership, and strategy. A successful track record in managing and effecting change at the senior executive level in demanding business environments. Warren is a Chartered Accountant and articled with Ernst & Young in Vancouver. He has completed executive education at Harvard University and has obtained the ICD.D designation for corporate board governance at the University of Toronto Rotman School of Management. He has deep board experience in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sector. Warren serves on the Board of the BC Parks Foundation (Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee), and is is a member of the Board of Alumni UBC (member of the Finance and Audit Committee). He is a member of the UBC “Gold of Life” Committee supporting rowing at the University of British Columbia. Warren is also a member of the Cabinet of the Business Laureates of B.C. Hall of Fame, he serves as Chair of the Selection Committee of the UBC Alumni Achievement Awards, and is a mentor/coach with the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs. Previously, Warren served for four years on the Advisory Council of Alumni UBC, for six years as Vice-Chair of the Board of the BC Woman’s Health Foundation. He served for over ten years as a Foundation Director of the Boys and Girls Clubs Foundation of South Coast BC and served for seven years on the Cabinet of the United Way, including acting as Cabinet Co-Chair in 2011/12. In 2022, Warren was awarded the Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCPA, FCA) designation by his peers in recognition of his professional and community contributions. Warren is a former national level rower, and in 2024 was inducted into the UBC Sports Hall of Fame.
