About Warren Capps

My passion has always been games, digital, board, or card. It doesn’t matter I play them all. When I was given the opportunity to not just Play games but Design them, I dove at the chance, packed my life up and moved. I didn’t even think twice. That was over twenty years (and a lot of titles) ago. I have gotten to do more with games than just create entertaining experiences for players. I have created training simulations for medical personnel dealing with mass casualty scenarios, training military technicians to use unmanned vehicles, help researches to see past their biases, and made some pretty cool games along the way as well. Most recently I have been contracted to create escape room designs in the local area, this has been a challenging endeavor, taking my knowledge of game design into the “real” world, using my skills and knowledge to create lasting experiences for players in a real, physical environment.
