I’m passionate about bridging innovation and humanity, whether that means helping teams spark connection through playful facilitation or guiding caregivers and agencies to get the most out of neurotech-powered solutions. In my work at Sensi.ai, I immerse myself in the human side of AI: working closely with clients to simplify powerful brain-training tools, making them relatable and meaningful. I help turn complex neurofeedback into honest conversations and sustainable practice, ensuring adoption feels empowering, not overwhelming. As a freelance facilitator with Eventology, I get the privilege of designing moments where laughter, insight, and play collide. With immersive experiences, I help teams drop into creativity, real connection, and shared stories (not just another “day of training"). Outside of the tech demo and facilitation room, I’m all about growth; mine and others’. I’m learning to blend compassion with strategy, curiousity with structure. Whether it's nudging product features based on client feedback or helping a team rediscover their spark in 90 minutes, I’m at my best when human potential is front and centre. I’m always exploring how to make work more humane, inclusive, and creatively fulfilling.
