I am an Organizational Consultant and Partner at Transformative Workplace Solutions. We’re a consulting firm that helps businesses improve employee retention and engagement and change management so they can increase profitability. Our clients are either organizations that are in transition and in crisis due to disengaged culture, ineffective performance and performance management, and relationship conflicts; or family owned businesses influenced by unresolved family issues, generational issues, and succession issues. My business partner and I are human behavioral specialist, with my training and experience in Family Therapy, and my partner is a Licensed Psychologist. We each bring over 25 years of training and in-depth experience in human behavior, relationship development, and change management to businesses. What we love is helping companies nurture a culture of commitment and shared meaning rather than just compliance. Our Objective is to help businesses and their employees build internal motivation, re-discover meaning and passion in their job, and improve relationships and collaboration between owners, managers, work teams, and the general workforce. The end result is enhanced employee retention and engagement, healthier corporate culture, and strong buy-in and commitment with organizational continuity.
