About Warren Jiang

Warren is a Founder and Managing Partner of Ceruleum Group, a diversified group of companies active in private equity, real estate, energy infrastructure, and international trade. He brings a varied skill set from his past experiences, which include acquisitions experience exceeding $1B in transaction volume, asset management experience exceeding $500M in gross total asset value (including over 2,200 residential units and over self-storage units), and financing experience exceeding $400M in real estate debt. Prior experience includes: institutional real estate (asset management, investments, and research), real estate private equity (asset management, finance, and development), family office investment management (real estate structured finance), and volatility arbitrage hedge funds (research). Warren is passionate about making meaningful contributions to his community, with a focus in sustainability, while pursuing in music, athletics, and STEM fields at a high level. He is currently involved in multiple sustainable rental development projects, which will deliver over 500 sustainable rental units in Alberta. Personally, he has also been the recipient of national and international awards and titles across various disciplines, including the Alberta Centennial Award and Premier’s Citizenship Award, as well as national 1st place in piano, gold and silver medals in martial arts, and global top 50 in biology with the title of University of Toronto National Biology Scholar with Distinction. He spends his spare time running or playing badminton, improvising on the piano, and trading complex options strategies.
