Corporate Director/Program Manager with 30 years U.S. and Global Law Enforcement experience. At Commonwealth Trading Partners I provide managerial oversight of several contracts in which our firm provides critical support to US Government security initiatives around the globe. This oversight includes providing optimal client service, hiring key personnel and ensuring that all contracts are executed in accordance with close adherence to client financial and operational parameters as specified in the contract’s SOW, the FAR, GTR, and other relevant guidelines. My law enforcement and corporate project management experience provides me the ability to provide leadership in the below areas. Capacity building efforts in emerging countries. Asset and Staff Protection - Loss Prevention. AML/BSA/Compliance Supervision. Trans-national Investigations. Safeguarding of classified/proprietary data. Managing investigations of counterfeit merchandise including pharmaceutical products. I am fully conversant in English/Spanish. I am also a graduate of the Reid Institute's Basic and Advanced Interviewing Courses. During my 25 year career with the US Drug Enforcement Administration I represented the US Government in long term and short term assignments in Africa, South America, and South West Asia. As a Program Manager/Director with Commonwealth Trading Partners I manage the Criminal Justice Programs Group which provides support for client led development and training initiatives in the law enforcement arena as well as other criminal justice processes. This support is available for US and International clients. I am a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) and the IACP's International Managers of Police Academy and College Training (IMPACT) Section. I am also a member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS)
