Professional Engineer with a deep technical and leadership background in the Integrated, E&P, and Oilfield Service sectors. Currently leading RETI's vertically integrated project stack that includes full chain CCS as a service, sustainable fuels production, and other southern Alberta energy transition infrastructure. Experience areas include- oilfield operations - technology development and field piloting - conventional-light oil, and thermal heavy oil recovery - hydraulic fracturing technology development - advanced well completions - formation damage diagnosis and remediation - well stimulation - reservoir development - design, logistical and operational management of remote arctic exploration programs A special focus on EOR technology development included leading a cross-division / cross-discipline team at a large E&P to develop and field pilot an industry first tight oil EOR system and method; and the leading the work of an oilfield services firm to commercialize injection profile managing completion systems for horizontal well enhanced oil recovery.
