About Warren McGregor

As an experienced finance and change leader, my passion is working with individuals and teams to reinvent processes to optimise efficiency and unlock potential. Working in collaboration with senior leaders and business representatives, I develop innovative solutions that encourage an expansion of perspective, energy, and application to deliver on new ways of working. I play a lead role in advocating the financial transformation process within Brisbane City Council, articulating the vision and how it applies to the current IT and process landscape, especially in relation to the functioning and enhancement of Council’s SAP enterprise product. With significant experience in financial and program operations and management at a senior level, my goal is to assist individuals and teams to excel in the workplace, deliver efficiency of operations, and develop a culture where the status quo is challenged, and innovation and creativity of thought becomes the new normal.
