A collaborative leader specializing in athletics administration and people development through sport and wellness initiatives, enhancing personal experiences through creation and implementation of strategic programming, partnership development, and community engagement, with a proven track record of driving individual and institutional success. With nearly 20 years of experience in the sports and education industries, I am a passionate and visionary leader who drives excellence and innovation in organizational development. I have a strong background in education and sport, with a MA in Teaching and a MS in Sport Management, and I apply my skills and knowledge to recruit, motivate, evaluate, and develop people, coordinate and network with internal and external constituencies for program success, and leverage software and technology for revenue and performance optimization. In all my work as an athletics administrator and leadership mentor, I work cross-functionally with various sectors of society to plan and leverage growth in community and schools through sport, physical education, and wellness. In recent jobs, I have spearheaded the creation and launch of two state-of-the-art athletics facilities, designed groundbreaking programs in aquatics and athletics, and established new departments and service programs. I am motivated by the mission of teaching, coaching, and serving others through wellness, and I foster connection, diversity, and accountability in every domain I work.
