As a Skills development Facilitator, Assessor, Moderator and Director, I have gained considerable knowledge of the Skills Development related legislation in South Africa. I have proven experience with the accreditation procedures of the relevant Sectoral Education and Training Authorities (SETA’s) or South African Qualification Authority (SAQA) requirements. I have gained knowledge of training and development, administrative procedures and control. I have proven ability to design training material and align it to SAQA required unit standards. I have completed the Assessor and Moderator training I am registered with TETA (Transport Seta) to design, plan, conduct and evaluate assessments and moderation. I am an innovative and creative thinker with strong analytical ability. I have acquired Strategic planning skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating and presentation skills, computer literacy, administrative and organizational skills. I am also a systems thinker and planner and view all tasks holistically. As a family psychologist and Psychology lecturer I have gained substantial knowledge of theory, principles and techniques of Individual therapy and family therapy treatment and concepts utilising systems thinking. I have developed thorough knowledge of psychosocial aspects of health care, knowledge of supervisory principles and techniques. I have proven leadership ability, Policy Formulation Skills, Monitoring and Assessment Skills. I have gained the ability to apply previous experience and training to the provision of family therapy, adult education and skill development. I have the ability to analyse problems presented, bringing resources to bear within existing policies and regulations, and developing effective course of action.
