Background

About Warren Soltis

I like working at the heart of complex change within organizations. I enjoy roles that require strong but supportive leadership, collaborative problem solving, and a resolute focus on sustainable results. I drive long-term strategic planning for the company as well as leading the infrastructure and technical development function. I held a C-level leadership position at Identity Group, an industry-leading supplier of office and signage products, for over 20 years before moving on to create my own IT consultancy firm. Prior to starting my firm, I held a series of positions where I played a major role in managing customer relationships and delivering service excellence. I remain heavily involved in process improvement, strategic technology road mapping, product development, standardizing IT operations, and business development. I am a charismatic, collaborative, and creative executive currently excelling in a broad role encompassing technical strategy and business development, as well as infrastructure change management. I am also an integrated and intuitive strategic thinker, as well as a commercially focused business leader. My experiences have taught me the following about myself- Necessity is the mother of invention, and I am good at identifying business “necessities” and “inventing” viable solutions- I excel at executing big ideas within given constraints- I listen to my gut, but I allow data to guide my decisions. I thrive in rapidly growing, innovative organizations, and I’m passionate about providing service excellence for customers and internal teams alike.
