About Warren Taylor

Warren is currently GM - Investment Management at Vicinity Centres, one of Australia's leading REIT's managing 80+ shopping centres in Australia worth almost $25 billion. Warren's current role is to manage a team of senior Investment Managers and Investment Analysts to provide full commercial support to Vicinity Centres Executive Committee and Board. Key responsibilities in this role include developing and driving asset strategies (including development), developing long term asset plans to support property portfolio decisions, recommendations on asset acquisition / divestment opportunities and the Vicinity valuation program. Warren is a key member of the Investments leadership team. Warren joined Vicinity Centres (at that time Centro Properties Group) in 2007 and has held a number of key positions during this time. Warren was also actively involved in the restructure of the Centro Group, the eventual transformation into Federation Centres and the 2015 merger of Federation Centres and Novion Property Group into Vicinity Centres. Warren started his career in a financial role within the mining industry, travelling Australia and the world on the Rio Tinto graduate program. Warren has a proven ability to apply strong problem solving skills to a number of industries with a current focus on property.
