About Warren Terry

I have a passion for working with Financial Advisors and clients. For the first half of my career I assisted clients directly by helping them achieve their life goals through the delivery of banking, lending, and investment advice. At the same time, I became a huge advocate of financial planning. Beginning in 2004, I leveraged my experience as a planning-based advisor to help Financial Advisors understand the power of the Envision® process (a custom investment planning methodology). For more than a decade I worked with our Financial Advisors to make planning a core component of their relationship with their clients and helped our firm attract top Financial Advisors from across the country and grow their business. My passion for delivering advisor and client based technology expanded into leading our Financial Advisor Technology Platform, enhancing the evolving client/advisor relationship with new tools, offerings, and ways to collaborate. Given the rate of change, we focused on the “anywhere/anytime” advice model, with the goal of helping advisors grow and protect their business and deliver better client outcomes. My passion for being in front of and coaching our Financial Advisors moved me into a role focused on managing the business supporting 14K+ Financial Advisors and their associates/teams, including incentives/compensation, recruiting, centralized supervision, local support & governance, real estate strategy, business strategy and regulatory change management.
