I am an experienced professional with over 25 years practice in ICT Project Management, Procurement, Infrastructure, leadership and training roles. I’m highly competent in the concurrent planning and management of complex projects in difficult and isolated environments. I communicate effectively at multiple levels of management and client organisations to ensure that deliverables are clearly understood and mutually committed to, thus leading to profitable outcomes that customers ‘objectives. My leadership skills are well developed allowing me to draw multi-faceted teams together to deliver successful outcomes. I have successfully managed approximately 70 projects comprising both government and private sectors valued over $500M, balancing scope, time and budget. Throughout all my roles I have been personally responsible for the creation, monitoring and reporting on: • Scope creation, • Project Management Plans, including; Budgets, Procurement and Communication Plans, Project Schedules (using Microsoft Project), Risk and Issue Registers, • Weekly and Monthly Reporting, • End Project Reports, • Lessons Learnt, • Bid Reviews, • Creation of Requests for Tender, • Review of Tenders, • Cost Estimates, and • Budget Reviews.
