Over the past ten years, I have gained experience in various managerial roles across various service industries. My passion for projects and/or operations management means that I can apply my knowledge in all fields of financial management, strategic management, logistic management, and project management. Bringing all these elements together to deliver a quality service to the client and meet their expectations is what I am passionate about and excel at. I am a leader and believe in teamwork and building a positive work environment for all staff to excel in and grow. Communication is key to my success as a manager in the job roles I have been in; open and honest communication has helped me build a great rapport with all my staff, customers, and suppliers. The challenge that each project brings is what I enjoy, as it requires strategic thinking, decision making, management, budgeting and problem solving capabilities to ensure that the project is completed and the customer needs have been met.
