I have excellent math skills and I worked in sales for nine years, so I have experience dealing with cash and other forms of payments.I have the ability to learn the company’s regular schedules, layovers and average travel times so I can answer most of the questions travelers have. When customers miss their connections, I can help them find an alternate route so they can reach their destination as soon as possible. I also have excellent problem solving skills to handle issues in a fast and professional manner.I love meeting people and working in this type of fast-paced environment.
