About Wasim Sheikh

With 18 years of experience in project and construction management, I am a results-oriented and enterprising professional who leads and executes complex EPC projects in the water and wastewater, infrastructure, and power sectors. I have an MBA in Operations Management and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, which equip me with the technical and business skills to manage projects from conception to commissioning.As a Project Manager at Shapoorji Pallonji Group, I oversee the planning, monitoring, controlling, and inter-disciplinary coordination of multiple projects, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule compliance. I also manage the contract administration, resource planning and mobilization, equipment selection, and client relations for each project. Some of my notable achievements include the construction of a 95 MLD sewage treatment plant based on ASP, a 180 MLD water treatment plant for a 250 MW power plant, and a large-scale infrastructure project in Aurangabad under the Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor. I am passionate about delivering innovative and sustainable solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the stakeholders and the community.
