About Waylon Bell

I started in industrial food manufacturing in 1987. From 1987 till 1996 I moved within the same company to many different roles and gained massive amounts of experience. In 1996 I was recruited into a Pharmaceutical company in Las Vegas. This was a brand new company trying to get it's feet off the ground. I stayed with this company for 2 years in which time it became fully functional. in 1998 I returned back to the same company I started with in 1987 as a production lead person/supervisor. I continued to advance and improve within the original factory. I decided to change in 2011. I started with a global company in which is a fast paced production factory as a maintenance team member. Five years later I advance into the administrative side of maintenance to a store room technician in charge of inventory, stocking, receiving and maintaining a 98% inventory accuracy as well as a 98% serviceability. I have recently transitioned into the planner/planning role.
