Wayne Reed, MBA, CSP, PMP, Career Development Coach and Mentor, Project Management Professional, Safety Professional, Facilitator/Trainer/Instructor and Consultant. Personal Mission Statement "My personal mission is to grow professionally, emotionally and spiritually in order to reach my full potential as an human being that I might be able to help others grow professionally, emotionally and spiritually to realize their full potential as human beings.” Wayne Reed earned his Bachelor’s of Science from Nicholls State University in Life Science and Technology majoring in Petroleum Engineering Technologies in 1989 and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Nichols University in May of 2012. He has been Project Management Professional certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) since 2001, a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) recognized by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BSCP) since 2007 and recently became a Registered Education Provider with PMI (Project Management Institute. He has also ventured into the Professional Copywriters arena with AWAI - American Writers & Artist Institute. In addition, he is a certified practitioner of the MYERS BRIGGS Types Indicator (MBTI - Step 1 and Step 2 instruments) for understanding personality preferences, certified as an assessor for the Harrison Assessment tool for understanding behavioral preferences by Impact Achievement and certified in Human Performance Improvement by ASTD (American Society for Training and Development) which lays the ground work for coaching and intervention to improve performance in the workplace. Wayne has a passion for helping people learn, grow and find fulfillment in their lives while striving to excel at their jobs daily. His career in the oil & gas and construction industries span twenty eight (28 yrs.) of service in Structural fabrication and Offshore Installation maintenance. he has committed himself to honing his skills in facilitating Leadership development, Project management, Safety management, Behavior Based Safety Implementations and offshore support services. He has an extensive background in developing high performance teams and behavior based management techniques.
