About Wayne Ager
After studying Business and Human Resources at both UG and PG level, my first work experience in Education was 3 years in South Korea and China where I started as an English Teacher and progressed on to being a Programme Coordinator. I thought this would be a few years out abroad before starting "a career in business" but 22 years later and here I am in my wonderful role as Student Services & Welfare at Kaplan International London, which includes a unique International Languages Programme that we very much created and opened as a team January 2023. Between those 2 milestones I spent a number of years teaching and managing abroad, many summers working in busy UK language schools, and a few years in different industries, but sticking mainly with Student Services Management, Administration and Customer Service. Added to that, I've travelled to around 90 countries so far and the goal is to visit as many countries as possible!
