My journey began in Learning and Development, where I honed my understanding of leadership dynamics through hands-on experience. Serving as a Chief of Staff to CEOs and leadership teams gave me a front-row seat to observe what separates great leaders from the rest. It’s this insight—into the strategies, mindset, and behaviors of exceptional leaders—that shapes my approach today. For over 20 years, I contributed to the global success of Duke Corporate Education, a recognized leader in executive education. I designed bespoke leadership programs for industry icons like Rolls-Royce, AstraZeneca, PwC, Shell, and Barclays. My contributions extended beyond program design—I was instrumental in Duke’s global expansion, launching offices across North America, Europe, and Africa. Collaborating with leading universities and mentoring professionals worldwide solidified my reputation as a trusted partner in leadership excellence. Through my consultancy, WRA Consults, I continue to champion leadership development. I work with organizations to craft innovative L&D strategies and coach managers and executives, helping them define and achieve their leadership aspirations. As an EMCC Global-accredited practitioner, my coaching is tailored, impactful, and rooted in a deep understanding of leadership at all levels. When I’m not empowering leaders, I’m likely experimenting with my cooking in my Amsterdam kitchen, cruising the canals with my corgi, Lily, or planning the next adventure with my partner, Andrei.
