About Wayne Bale

With over 17 years of experience as a Service Management Consultant and a Company Director, I have developed a unique set of skills and knowledge that enable me to deliver value and excellence for my clients. As a security cleared consultant with a military background, I thrive in complex and challenging situations, where I can apply my problem-solving, consulting, and information technology skills to transform and optimize IT service functions and reduce costs. Currently, I am working with Version 1, a leading IT services provider, on a contract with Reach PLC, one of the largest media groups in the UK. My role is to review and improve their IT service management processes, systems, and governance, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards. Previously, I worked on a contract with the Houses of Parliament Restoration & Renewal project, where I helped to design and implement a new IT service management framework and strategy, as well as to negotiate and manage contracts with multiple suppliers and stakeholders. Throughout my career, I have gained in-depth knowledge of the central government and public sector, as well as the private sector, and have successfully delivered IT service function improvement and cost reduction for various high-profile clients, such as the Home Office, the Ministry of Justice, and the Department for Education. My mission is to leverage my expertise and experience to help my clients achieve their goals and objectives, while maintaining high standards of quality, integrity, and professionalism.
