About Wayne Brown

With 15 years of user focussed medical product design experience I have an established understanding of the full product life cycle. I have a passion for innovating into new product space and solving technical problems while also having the breadth of experience to develop mature and robust products further down stream. I have consistently influenced and been responsible for supporting the transition into manufacture and delivery to market.My products often include mechanical, electronic and software engineering, so although I call my self a mechanical engineer I have a systems understanding of many other aspects of product design. This also comes with hands on experience of software simulation and methodical approaches towards risk and design analysis. I am very adaptable, and prefer to be working in a collaborative and fluid environment. My career is one which has built up product portfolios by pushing boundaries and researching on the front foot.I am unashamed to say I love being an engineer take on a challenge and pat my team on the back when a good job is done.
