About Wayne Cook

I have been an athlete, a coach and a trainer for most of my life. I use the skills I've developed to coach individuals and teams towards their goals. I am certified as a personal trainer, nutrition specialist, and corrective exercise specialist through The National Academy of Sports Medicine. As an athlete, I focused on crosscountry running, track, swim, and strength training. As a trainer I help my clients reach their goals while teaching them to do so in a safe and healthy manner with a focus in growing their fitness and nutrition knowledge. As a leader, I am very hands on and focused on leading from the front. I strive to set a good example for each member of my team in all that I do. I have helped launch multiple departments, businesses and business locations in both the financial industry and the fitness industry. I am currently enrolled at UW in the Hybrid MBA program to challenge myself and expand my skill set for the future.
