About Wayne Dauwen

Wayne Dauwen is Chief Operations Officer for HUB International Mountain States Limited. He is a member of the agency’s Executive Leadership Team. Dauwen has been in the financial industry since 1989 and directly involved in the insurance industry since 2006. He joined Bank of the West (previously Community First Bank) in 1997 holding positions of Vice President Electronic Banking and Vice President Technology Solutions and serving on the Technology Center’s Senior Management Team. In 2006 Dauwen accepted the position of Chief Administrative Officer for BW Insurance, a subsidiary of Bank of the West. His prior experience includes eight plus years with First Community Credit Union, Jamestown, ND, where he served in various positions including Loan Servicing Manager, Director of Operations, and Vice President of Operations. HUB Mountain States Limited, with its Regional Office in Boise, ID, currently has more than 400 employees working in offices throughout the states of Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. Dauwen received his BA in Business Administration and Mathematics from Jamestown College.
