I am driven to harness and empower the diversity of thought, idea, and experience of those around me to solve complex problems and create value. The center of gravity in my life is my family. They are my source of strength which drives me to achieve. My balance in life comes from exploring the outdoors. My refuge is the first cast at sunrise with the fog rising off the water, hiking a mountain, or paddling deep through the swamp between the Cypress knees.
