About Wayne Eischen

With a focus on qualitative research, I passionately connect product and marketing teams with customers through curiosity, respect, a friendly approach, and a dash of humor. Applying the experience, creativity, and empathy gained by conducting 2,500+ focus groups and in-depth interviews with a wide range of audiences, I uncover wants, needs, attitudes, and feelings about clients’ offerings. Employing both traditional and new approaches with the proper design, audiences, and questions, I explore customer perceptions of products (capabilities, features, shortcomings) and communications (messaging, positioning, branding, and advertising), and spark new product development. My clients benefit from the strategic thinking, insightful findings and meaningful recommendations I deliver, all of which provide a window into the lives of consumers so that clients can make better big-picture decisions and still get the critical details right.
