About Wayne Falloon

I have worked in various roles in my working life from owner to UK Manager and Team leader/trainer, but I have always given 100% commitment to each role and I know I have improved my knowledge and experience within each role. I am a people person and prefer to customer face to improve relationships that will ultimately result in a long term working relationship. I have always believed that sales is a function within a good working partnership, we are there to help and achieve together, this is why we make contact. I have proved within my last two roles that I am comfortable dealing with end users and buyers/owners, I have always shown positive year on year results to drive my company and results forward and I have always felt it is vital that I always had contact with end users to gauge how we can improve products, quality and pricing. I have good retail grounding setting up my own retail store, to visiting and account managing over stores for Smiths News PLC and working on fixtures layout and development for Intrac (Arneg UK). I feel my skills are portable and I can network at any level to improve relationships and ultimately sales. Whilst I may always require further product knowledge, I know I can deliver and achieve more that is required.
