One of my recent achievements was managing a Capstone project for ANL Container Line, where I researched, designed, implemented, and proposed a business IT solution for optimising the container depot dashboard. Using Power BI and employing Agile methodologies, I created a dashboard that provided instant, visual feedback on how the depot was performing against set KPIs. I also partnered with business analysts to articulate project goals, scope, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. I managed all facets of project execution, from planning and resource delegation to risk mitigation, ensuring timely delivery. I facilitated consistent stakeholder communications, fostering transparency and engagement. I am eager to bring a blend of technical proficiency and business acumen to forward-thinking organisations, aiming to optimise processes and harness technological advancements for business excellence.
