About Wayne Forster

I am Canadian Forces veteran and a recipient of the Canadian Order of Military Merit for outstanding leadership and exceptional performance with more than 27 years of experience in developing and leading diverse teams in secured and demanding technically sophisticated environments. I provide strategic, security and operational advice, while ensuring the highest level of service to a wide variety of customers and business units in a rapidly changing regulatory environment. As the Director of Operations and Strategic Planning working at The Dymond Group of Companies I am responsible for the development, navigation and execution of a long-range, balanced and effective campaign to deliver the next-generation Operations Management roadmap designed to enable scalable operational outcomes that meeting or exceed forecasted production targets and financial objective while buildings a cross-functional, high-impact operations that closely align with the business objectives and key requirements. Reporting to the CEO to facilitate the development of new and existing business initiatives across multiple business streams and to implement the right operational cadence, and reporting to measure progress and ensure accountability to these plans. As an exceptional facilitator and relationship builder, with strong consultation, collaboration, communication, project management and change management skills. I am the sole proprietor of my consulting company (10076415 CANADA INC) providing a communications and IT Security advice to Department of National Defence and the Gov of Canada providing tactical, strategic, and training development support to the Canadian Forces Information Operations Group Head Quarters staff supporting the Force Development and Force Employment within the Signals Intelligence and Cyber Intelligence areas of expertise. Concurrently, I was the Sr. IT Security Certification and Accreditation Specialist in support of the Employment and Social Development Canada on various GoC projects.
