Qualifications: Knowledgeable in property and casualty claims practices, policies, and procedures. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organizational and time management abilities. Basic understanding of state statutes and case laws. Customer service orientation. Proficient use of laptops and associated software (including email and word processing).
