We will always endeavour to recover and pay to you 100% of the outstanding debt you are owed, and in over 90% of cases we are successful in doing this, prior to issuing legal proceedings. If it’s not possible to recover your debt our services are completely free of charge. Under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act we will add late payment interest and compensation to the debt amount, to be paid by the debtor. The interest amount will depend on how long the debt has been outstanding and the compensation amount will be £40, £70 or £100 depending on the size of the debt. The interest and compensation covers all or part of our fee. Where the interest and compensation does not fully cover our fee we will also add recovery costs to the debt amount, to be paid by the debtor. Late payment interest and compensation and recovery costs are all legally enforceable under late payment legislation. What are the benefits?
