Current Position Customer Service Administrator - Global Fire and Security - Temporary Current Position Lead Agent Rolls Royce Currently looking after the Rolls Royce Account, my main day to day role is looking after the Customer Business Secretaries, for their Sales team. This is a very demanding role as the secretaries need to ensure they are getting the best possible price and quality of service for their travellers, and I ensure that this is to highest standard. I book multiple sector trips around the world including flights, hotels, car hire, transfers and ensure they have any relevant documentation for their forthcoming travel. As well as my day to day role dealing with bookings, I am also a Lead Agent. I ensure that all calls are answered and that TFS is kept to the agreed target. I assist with other agents if they need assistance with bookings, holidays, medical appointments or any other queries that need answering. I also look after any complaints or queries and resolve them in timely and effective manner. In the past I have also worked with Rolls Royce Service Engineers and the Global Mobility and the VIP's which were demanding roles in their own respect. I am able to build excellent working relationships and rapport with the clients I deal with and this is why I have been able to deal with these demanding rolls with ease. I pride myself on my customer service skills and believe that this is an essential part of my success in dealing with demanding clients. I can prioritise my workload and adapt to situations and work well under pressure and this is when I am able to do my best work. I have over 20 years experience dealing with major companies travel needs including Boots, Imperial Tobacco, Royal Mail and Rolls Royce, each with high expectations and demands.
