About Wayne Hashimoto

My passion for the business analysis profession has no boundaries. Whether it’s helping my product owners, teammates, or fellow business analyst with solving their problems I use my experience, academic knowledge and just plain old common sense in achieving viable solutions. I will continue to coach and mentor, professionally and personally, those seeking my advice, guidance, or just need someone who will listen with compassion and sincerity. Teaching and facilitating is a part of my DNA as a core and specialized trainer for practicing business analysis or in the classroom facilitating classes on Business Information and Healthcare Information systems. As I continue my journey down this new path, I will continue to be “forever or at least one day past forever” hungry to learn new concepts, see how they apply to our profession, and more importantly how I can continue to help and possibly lead others in “Practicing the Art of Business Analysis” using these new ideas! “Lead when no else will but always do it with a passion for what you do and compassion for those that follow”
