I am a highly experienced and safety-focused professional with over 25 years of multi-industry expertise spanning mining, construction, oil and gas, energy, engineering, manufacturing, and health. My diverse qualifications include Mining and Construction Supervisor, Boilermaker, Mechanical Fitter, Trainer Assessor, Orthopaedic Nurse, and certified machinery operator. I hold a broad range of nationally recognised high-risk work licences and certifications, including DG, LF, WP, CPR/LVR, Permit Issuer, Confined Space, Working at Heights, and LV Rescue. Throughout my career, I have contributed to major projects across Australia in a multitude of industries. I’ve successfully led teams in roles such as SMP Supervisor, Estimator, and Shutdown Planner, overseeing structural, mechanical, and piping installations and maintenance. My project experience includes fixed and mobile plant construction, shutdowns, and heavy equipment maintenance involving Komatsu, CAT, Hitachi, and Liebherr machinery. In parallel with my industrial career, I bring valuable experience from the health sector as an Orthopaedic Nurse, with a strong focus on patient care, workplace injury management, and rehabilitation. This clinical background enhances my ability to lead safely, prioritise wellbeing, and apply a holistic understanding of human performance in high-risk environments. I am also highly proficient in the safe and efficient operation of a wide range of machinery—from forklifts and EWPs to large-scale mobile equipment such as Komatsu 830E dump trucks.
