The particulars: Graduate of Baltimore Polytechnic Institute Engineering Program of Baltimore, Maryland. Following graduation came four (4) years of Mechanical Engineering accompanied by Computer-Aided Drawling/Drafting and Design. Upon self-termination of said career, moved into a Sales position. Following the self-termination of that career, moved to the Hospitality Industry where I quickly moved-up the food-chain (pun intended) from dishwasher to Restaurant Food and Beverage Management/Operations. Following previous career, and looking to stretch-out into a more self-employed/entrepreneurial job path, began current position as an Independent Real Estate Sales Agent in June of 2005. Opened WSK Properties in 2008, which has since expanded to Property Management and Home Renovations with over 55 properties under management. Current total of 16+ years in the Real Estate Industry as of January 2022.
