About Wayne Hobbs
Working in Social Care for the last eight years. I entered the social care sector because I wanted to give back to the same sector that helped me into adulthood. I help to encourage and empower service users to be more responsible and to live independent lives. Along the way I picked up Level 2 in Helath & Social Care and a Level 3 lead worker qualification. I am now currently transitioning into the Salesforce Ecosystem. My goal is to become a Salesforce Administrator with an end goal of becoming a consultant where I cannutilise my customer facing skills and solving customer problems.
