I began my career path back in 2006 in the banking industry to advance my knowledge and understanding of finance and introduce myself into the customer service industry. I learned extensively how to build and maintain customer relationships, how to meet customer demand in an efficient and effective manner, meet and exceed customer service needs and responsibilities, proper financial recording and filing procedures, balance vault and ATM transactions, and enter daily work into the company filing system. Making a change in my career path, I then joined the Oil & Gas Industry in 2008. Starting from the bottom, I strived for advancement and success. Beginning by pulling orders, material and order transfers, and moving up to shipping and receiving. In 2008 I was approached by management to start a new career path in the machining and fabrication field. I attended Technical School from 2008-2009, achieving top in my class in CNC Machining and Programming. I now have more than 12 years experience in the Manufacturing and Machining Industry, and in that time I have gained extensive experience and knowledge and understanding. In the 8 years, I have been a part of scheduling and product flow, cellular manufacturing, 5-S lean product and process development, project coordination, interacting with customers and their demands and expectations, and working with engineering and resolving blueprint errors. Looking for a new challenge, I now have more than 4 years of aerospace industry experience. High tolerance machining, Solumina/SAP experience, excel workbooks with Excel Level 1 and 2 certifications. Working with Manufacturing Engineers, high level management, customer service/tour personnel. Have over a year of leadership/production lead experience being tasked to manage production flow, material ordering, 6-S, inventory management, employee time management. But from my personal experience, I understand there is much more I can take on and learn in this every changing industry, in which I am willing to accept any challenge I may face and be successful in every aspect of my career and future. I look forward to advancing my career and knowledge of the Manufacturing, Machining, and Aerospace industry. As well as take on new challenges outside my comfort zone to advance my career, future, and success.
