Making IT Easy to understand and relevant to your business, I have spent the last 20+ years showing business owners what they have been missing out on, by not understanding what can be done with their existing IT infrastructure. Then showing how, by making small, but frequent changes to how they work, they can be more efficient, getting home earlier to be with family, spending time to learn the tools,(and USE them), to make their work/life balance better. Over the last 18 years, migrating businesses through technology minefields has been the mainstay of my occupation, moving email from cloud solutions to on-premise solutions and back again as the business grows and business needs change over the years. Moving businesses from using ISP provided POP accounts, to on-premise email servers, through the various versions of that, and helping the business get office 365 migrated. Changing how business interacted with each other, securing the users and data against a wide manner of threats, both intentional and unintentional.
